"First time assembling"
Better than stock at the big box stores but assembly not as smooth and easy as one would expect. Delivery was decent, a few parts for assembly were missing but shipped quickly. Soft closures work well and the hardware for them was easy to install. Had to buy a pneumatic stapler and compressor; be careful that the nose of the stapler will fit the plastic assembly pieces. Instructions are available on an app for phone, would be better via computer link. Takes a couple hours to assemble each cabinet once you get the hang of it.

"Quick Ship does not mean Quick Ship"
We have spent over $15,000 for cabinets, taxes and shipping with RTA. Our journey began in October and we chose a white shaker style that was supposed to be "Quick Ship". Well, it took quite a bit of time for the first order and it was lost by their courier and many of the pieces were back-ordered. Little by little I received pieces and they had to replace many pieces that never arrived. We are still pending a few pieces and have had to find parts from my local Hardware stores to help us try to finish our project. Today, January, we were delivered three pieces of Bead Board and all three were broken- one was not usable. Their customer service is good but they do NOT ship quickly, for the most part, so plan accordingly. The shipper that they use does not usually show up when they schedule and sometimes just show up randomly. The quality is average. The slow close on the drawers and cabinets is nice. They do not send instructions and you need to go on-line to search for the appropriate videos. Would recommend that you purchase from a store that you can deal with in person.

"Buyer Beware"
Buyer beware! I can only image any positive review of this company is either planted or made by someone who had no issues at all with their order! In my case, I ordered $8,000 worth of a total of 30 cabinets. When the delivery arrived (late) it was two cabinets short. Three were significantly damaged. RTA was just the worst to deal with. They held up my project two weeks - without apology - as they "investigated" who was at fault - the transit company, the manufacturer or me! Unbelievable! When it was finally, and I mean finally, determined that the manufacturer had shorted me to the two cabinets, they ordered them to be sent. Again another delay. As for the damaged cabinets - I paid extra for my cabinets to be assembled. Instead of sending me replacement assembled cabinets, they sent me cabinet parts! Did I get refunded for having to now tear down and reassemble these cabinets? You can be sure I was not. This company has a slick website, and I appreciated their kitchen design team. And I suppose if you got your order without damage or being shorted, all would be rosy as they are nice cabinets. But if anything goes wrong with your order, expect to be treated like a common thief, and for any kind of resolution to take a weeks while your project grinds to a very expensive and lengthy halt. It's amazing to me that this company is still in business, and has so many positive reviews!

"Kitchen Island Cabinet Drawer Slider Woes"
The cabinets themselves are nice-looking and for the most part work well. But remember, you're buying Cheap. So, although the wood type says "walnut" or "cherry" or etc., the wood is all the same, only the finish is different. Also, the drawer sliders are less than quality. The Taiming soft-close drawer sliders on half of my drawers (the ones we use most often) have failed after 5 years. Since I just missed the warranty period, RTA refused to replace them. In my opinion, these drawer sliders should last more than 5 years in a home kitchen. And at $50 per drawer to replace, it is not an inexpensive repair.

"Love my new kitchen"
I read a lot of reviews and did a lot of research, was looking for a white shaker, at first I ordered a sample door (its a must before you spend so much money)from one company that looked great online but in real life the paint wasn't finished nicely, I then ordered two sample doors from rtawoodcabinets.com the Essex which is a white shaker and the Norwich which is a grey shaker with matching door/drawer profile, the samples looked great, had one of their designers (Phil) layout my kitchen and we went with the white shaker for the L part of the kitchen and the grey shaker for the island, it came out stunning, Phil was amazing to work with, didn't put any pressure and made as many changes as we wanted until we had a perfect design. Was delivered in 12 days, Would definitely recommend them.

"I saved over $5000 by going with RTA cabinets"
I was looking to redo my kitchen and the pricing I was getting locally was in the $15000 range, my friend referred me to rtawoodcabinets and the service was great, got a design and quote in less than 24 hours and my total for the Wheaton cream cabinet was $9500, it was delivered 2 weeks later and it took me and my husband just one weekend to assemble them, I love my kitchen and would definitely recommend them. Thank you Phil, your a great designer!

"Great RTA Cabinet Company!"
Ordered cabinets for my kitchen from the RTA Depot which were shipped 3 days after I placed my order. I didn't notice that one of the cabinets had been damaged due to shipping until a day after I had received them. I called their customer service and I had my replacement delivered four days later. Great service, no hassle and easy to work with!

"RTA Store Cabinets Review"
These cabinets were ordered from the website, http://thertastore.com and arrived within 1 week delivery. The cabinets are RTA or "Ready to Assemble". The boxes arrived by semi-truck and delivered by hand to our door. Each box is securely wrapped and padded. Unpacking the cabinet pieces was easy and putting them together was also just as simple. Each cabinet had very easy to follow instructions. After assembling all the cabinets, our local carpenter installed them the same day. These are the best cabinets we've owned and the price was half of that of the local home improvement store (Lowes / Home Depot) The cabinets are solid wood, nice finish doors and very strong. We had a lot of custom size cabinets to install and the website to order from has nearly every size you could want. Our carpenter was so impressed with their quality, he now orders them for his clients. We would certainly recommend these cabinets. The website from which they were purchased is a great way to buy beautiful cabinets and save a ton of money by simply taking a few hours of your time to put them together.

"This is a 1 doors sink base cabinet. This cabinet can be used many areas such as a wet bar or vanity application."
from 1 year using this cabinets. Finish quality and stains are fabulous, they look gorgeous. But we did have to make modifications because they didn't get all of the cabinets correct, which is frustrating and cost me more money.
