"Omega - the test of time"
My Omega kitchen/baths/other cabinets are in excellent condition and performed without any issues for 15+ years. Did another kitchen remodel in 2010 with no regrets. Our new home was being built in 2007 and I had NO need for a kitchen/bath designer other than to add a few details, like fillers. I had become "allergic" to Home Depot, Lowes and alike. I found an Omega dealer at lumber/construction supplier that, at the time, had an one-man operation running their kitchen/bath sales; primarily supporting contractors/builders. The price was very good since they didn't have a fancy showroom or designers overhead. Choosing a Dealer matters! The same shop did 2 friends kitchen remodels at their price point - 100% satisfaction. Choose carefully your cabinet dealer that is aligned with your budget, that will inspect the cabinets, who is not pushing to add extra features, or upsell the more profitable brand(s). We are now getting ready to move and will need to remodel kitchen/baths. Guess what?... Going back to the same dealer.

Omega is a great company that values its clients, dealers, and employees. I was able to visit Waterloo and see their plant to understand their processes and systems in place. It was a wonderful experience and I am lucky to work with a great company!

"Kitchen cabinets"
Satisfied with the cabinets, good quality and look awesome. The only thing keeping me from giving a great review is some of doors have cracks and 1 drawer has a crack. The distributor we used has been supper responsive. My only word of caution is inspect the cabinets as soon as they are delivered.

"Kitchen remodel"
After spending a near fortune for cabinets and waiting 6 mo, they are so disappointing. Some doors are not glued or nailed together, paint job is thin, cracked, chipped revealing no primer layer. Some cabinet fronts are warped, Poor bracing and thin boards. Some backing just cardboardish layer with staples. No nails, some nails are very small brads that just pull out. Have spent half again as much for contractor to rebuild, nail, reinforce to hold weighted items. Wish I had just ordered from Home Depot or such at reduced pricing. Good reviews are those from many years back but present workmanship is crap! Will build from scratch to match with quality wood for breakfast room and laundry redo. Every cabinet build by Joel has fallen apart or defective. The builder names are inside each cabinet from the company. He has lowered the quality of the company if there is any quality left!

"3 Weeks and Falling Apart"
We remodeled our kitchen along with the bath rooms and living room. We used Omega cabinets and are very upset with the lack of quality. After only 3 weeks two cabinet doors have fallen apart at the frame joints. The door panels are made of MDF fiber board not wood. The cabinet door frames were not glued together as there is not any glue leaving us to think the only thing holding them together is the spray finish paint. Distributor, Williams Kitchen and Bath has ordered replacement doors but no indication on delivery. I would not recommend wasting your money on Omega Cabinets.

"Best Cabinets"
I renovated my kitchen & added a Master Suite bathroom @ 8 years ago. I used Omega Cabinetry Dynasty for both rooms & couldn't be happier. After doing 2 kitchen & 1 bathroom reno prior to this one, I know a quality product. The finish is easy to clean, drawers, doors & cabinet slideouts are smooth opening & closing, no major chipping, scratching or splintering of wood (& if that does happen they give you a wood filler & finish touch up kit). We are now in the process of custom building a new home & are using Omega Cabinetry in our new kitchen, pantry, mudroom, master bath & laundry room.

"Very low quality"
I received $25K of kitchen cabinets from this company. The wall cabinets boxes are made from 10MM cheap chinese plywood and luan. They are stuck to together with brads, tiny staples, and hot melt glue. Parts are loose as received. The wall cabinet nailers are only the 9 mm backing with a 3/16" luan spacer. They are not strong enough to hold heavy stuff like canned goods. The base cabinets are a little better. The kicks are however that crappy 3/16" luan. A floor to ceiling canned good cabinet has the base made of 8mm plywood It is now obvious why the showroom had no actual cabinets to examine, just doors. Due to the slimey business model of the cabinet re-seller I have no choice but to rebuild them and move on, or scrap them and my $25K.

"Great cabinets"
I love our Omega cabinets. When planning our kitchen, our designer and our builder said that the cabinets in your kitchen are the furniture that people see in that room and that you should buy quality. I purchased Omega and was not disappointed. Eight years later, they still look fabulous and I've never had a problem with the drawers or the cabinet closing etc. When I read other reviews, I noticed that the problems seem to be with the installation. Our builder was meticulous in his layout and the installation. Everything was leveled and installed perfectly. And I've never had a problem. We are very satisfied with our Omega cabinets.

"Dealers accountability"
For all the complaints that are directly target towards omega never mention the showroom where purchased. All the reviews are about alignment, drawers closing, Chips, dings and dents. Doesn't anyone realize it's all in the installation. Any cabinet from any manufacture ships there products and in transport all slides, doors, drawers and hinges loosen. It is up to the showroom where you purchase to have the installer do a complete check of all the cabinets for proper alignment and adjustments. So all these reviews should be directed to the showrooms. Omega stands behind all there products without any questions. Easy replacement and great customer service. A super accountable company.

"Terrible customer service and average quality"
Paid ~$35k for my kitchen cabinetry - full access overlay - and bathroom cabinetry. Omega has several 3rd party approved designers, like the one we used - Cabinet Sales and Management Grp LLC (Napa, CA). The designer, who claimed 30+ years of experience, was terrible. We left some elements to his judgement and were appalled at how unusable they were. On approaching him, he charged us for making a change. Ok, strike 1. Cabinets came, and this designer did not come for the installation, and has not come even once since. We have misaligned cabinets, some chips, etc....and he send us ONE free can of spray to "hide and fix the chips". I have written to Omega twice, but zero response. I would urge you to stay away from Omega; I would never buy Omega again, nor recommend them to anyone.

We spent a fortune on these kitchen cabinets and they look so cheap. I've seen better at Home Depot. No drawers close properly - we have had 3 cabinet guys try to fix every drawer and every cabinet. There are so many imperfections that I would need to rip out the whole kitchen to fix. Never again. Stay away from Omega Dynasty cabinets.

"Garbage"
Ordered cabinets for my small kitchen to the tune of $30K. They are junk. every cabinet has defects, drawers don't align - some don't even close unless you force them to. Awful, awful - I spent $30K on garbage. Don't buy Omega cabinets!

"Worst Cabinets Ever!"
If I could give this a 0 review I would. The worst cabinets ever for the price we paid. We thought we were getting top of the line cabinets. However, there were several manufacturing dings/scratches/imperfections. So we had to wait a couple of months to get new ones, but those are imperfect as well. We will now have to wait another couple of months. This has delayed finishing our kitchen by several months. Unbelievable. Please do not buy this product!

"Beautiful and well constructed"
I installed Omega maple cabinets in my kitchen and cherry in my master bath and lower level wet bar. The plywood construction with soft close dove tailed drawers are fabulous. When you walk into my kitchen the cabinets look so rich and warm. I would recommend Omega/Dynasty if you are looking for great quality cabinetry.

"Avoid"
Extremely poor quality control. Numerous manufacturing defects. Drawers and doors out of alignment and adjustment devices either missing or not installed correctly. A nightmare to have to deal with. Would be bad value for money at a quarter of the price. Zero response to problems by local distributor. I would never ever consider purchasing from this manufacturer in the future.

After 21 years our Omega cabinets still look great, but a hinge broke recently. I contacted the company and received a free replacement. It is good to see a company that stays in business and honors a lifetime warranty.

"Overpriced!! Sold in HomeCenters"
I wanted something nice for my home, and after I chose Omega, I found out it was sold in Home Centers, Costco and flooring stores. The quality is not what I expected, this is not custom cabinetry anymore. Buy something else that hasn't been cheapened down now like Omega. They are still charging for what used to be a nice product, but it is not any longer. I imagine they are using Chinese parts and not admitting it. Just make sure you are getting what you pay for. This is not it. I am so disappointed.
