Buyer be beware! I wish my husband & I would have had the foresight to check out the reviews of the cabinet company prior to ordering these cheapa** quality cabinets that we purchased through K-I Lumber in Clarksville, IN. It is my opinion that these cabinets will not last for more than 3-5 yrs. The quality reminds of something you would see in a mobile home. I do feel that these cheap cabinets match the 450,000 house we purchased. Not happy! And very regretful Mrs. Truman

"Bathroom vanities"
The bathroom cabinets are actually beautiful, furniture looking cabinets unlike the ready made stuff you find in home improvement stores. Also you probably won't see vanities in someone else's home as nice as these, unlike the ready made stuff at Home Depot. It's like 2 people showing up at a party wearing identical outfits.

I am a kitchen and bath designer and have been working for dealers of Mid Continent Cabinetry for over four years. My clients love the variety of door styles, wood species and finishes that are available from Mid Continent, especially at the price point they come in at. And while they are a "semi-custom" cabinet manufacturer, I have done countless custom cabinets with their line. Their versatility has allowed me to give my clients personalized spaces at an amazing value and an extremely quick turn around. Their customer service department is always eager to help and make recommendations. They are also quick to help with any issues that might come up. They take pride in their product and really aim to make the end user happy with their cabinets.

Mid Continent Cabinetry - Bathroom Vanity installed 2009, We are very pleased with our bath vanity that was installed 10 years ago. It still looks like new. We chose this line for its flexibility to put a drawer on the bottom of our small cabinet that otherwise would not have had any drawer space and for the warm stain color that suited our decorating choices. We are considering remodeling our kitchen and I wouldn't think twice about using Mid Continent for the kitchen.

"Many Mid Continent cabinets installed!"
I am the owner of a Design Build Remodeling Company that has been in business for 30 years and have installed dozens of different lines of cabinets in my career. When my clients ask me for a good, semi custom, reliable cabinet I always start off with Mid Continent. Mid Continent offers a very reliable product, at a very good price point with many upgrades that are standard. I have found them to be one of the most responsive companies to work with from a warranty and customer support standpoint. As I said, I have worked with many different brands of cabinets over the years, and believe me, things happen with any line of cabinets you might purchase; however I have never had any issues with Mid Continent standing behind their product and resolving the issues 100% to mine and my client's satisfaction, and in a very timely manner (many times expediting shipping etc. so my projects do not get held up or delayed). I have never had an instance where they sent out incorrect sizes or styles, or even had missing pieces and their quality is as good as any other cabinet on the market.

"Highly Recommend"
We had a full kitchen and hall cabinets ordered and installed. All design and installation was superb and the quality of the cabinets is excellent. Even after 10 months they were willing to come out and adjust a few drawers which were slightly out of alignment. We are very pleased with their product and customer service.

"Poorly constructed"
After a kitchen fire, my contractor replaced my cabinets with Mid Continent. Previously I had upgraded cherry cabinets. I was in the hospital during the renovation and was only shown a board with the color. These are so poorly constructed compared to the ones they replaced, I am sick everytime I open a drawer. They are stapled together. The finish is poor and doors have cheap looking molding. I don't know if they carry an upgraded line but I definitely did not get it. My advise, shop around, and of course you get what you pay for. I didn't have a choice.

"Damaged, wrong size, no quality control"
I purchased mid continent cabinetry from Bailey Industries in Leesburg FL. The kitchen cabinets are still getting installed. The quality is very poor. Many of the cabinets came damaged, were the wrong size and two different style doors The company has no quality control. I'm glad my installer Bo is great and able to correct for most of the cabinet issues, otherwise I would have sent them all back. They belong in a fire pit. I don't understand how this company is still in business. Do not purchase any cabinets with the name Mid Continent Cabinetry.

"Copenhagen Maple White Paint"
I am very happy with the product and services provided by Mid Continent and their dealer. Everyone who walks into our kitchen says "they want my kitchen". You can certainly pay more for the same look from other companies but not get the same value. They also stand behind their product and warranty. I know enough about the business to not expect everything to be perfect the first time. They were able to replace a few doors in a timely manner that arrived damaged which is not uncommon. I recommend this company to all my friends and family.

"Poorly made, upset"
If u are thinking about purchasing cabinets from Mid Continent, don't do it. I have never seen such poorly made cabinets. I am so angry. When they came to look at cabinets, once installed, Mid Continent and kbs (kitchen and bath design) tried to put the . damages on my contractor who installed them. Can someone guide me? I would rather not seek legal counsel, but I may not have a choice. I am extremely upset to be out all this money.

"Do not buy these cabinets...."
Ordered a bath vanity and linen closet. Both arrived damaged....cracks, scratches, gouges. Paint smeared and horribly pitted. Expected more for the high price!

"Look elsewhere"
Had a bathroom vanity delivered for installation in July '15. Wrong material. Waited 2 months for replacement. Door/Drawer fronts very inconsistent. Reordered new door/drawer fronts, another 2 months and still not right, plus wrong door style. Rep came out, assured correct color/style would be installed by end of January '16. March '16 and still wrong. Rep will not call me back after 4 calls. Vendor not calling me back. Never dealt with a company that can't get something right after 5 tries, and never had a company rep not return a call. Terrible workmanship and costumer relations.

"Turn back now! Horrible"
Dovetail on the drawers not flush, couldn't fit into drawer and close properly. Not enough coats of paint, could see the joints on the doors. Holes for shelves were in wrong location and they just put putty in the holes and made new holes in different location. One upper cabinet had full face ends, while the rest didn't. Still fixing this problem! Frames are not square, probably from the lack of clamping the center of the boxes. This makes 1) the issue of not having flush end flush a lot more difficult 2) and it goes to show the craftsmanship of their product 3) when joining multiple boxes, the lack of the frames being square puts a lot of stress on the screws to close the gaps between the frames. Overall, for the amount of money my wife and I saved to put into these cabinets, we are very disappointed. If anyone wants pictures of the quality I will gladly send them. I want no one to make the same mistake we did.

"Unsatisfied doesn't even begin..."
We were recommended to this company by Pro Build. The worst decision I have ever made. We had problems with all areas of the kitchen cabinets from the very beginning... Doors not aligned, missing parts, marks on the surface of the painted cabinetry, poor door glides. Do not purchase these cabinets. You will be sorry. Sure, the company replaces everything, but are you willing to put up with this complete nonsense for months?

Working on a bathroom remodel and was pleased with not only the variety of door options but also the finishes. I went with a painted door and added some decorative feet to dress the whole thing up. Super excited about having soft close drawers (I only had doors before). The remodel is beautiful! I would definitely recommend them.

"Terrible quality control, poor painted finish"
I deeply regret going with our contractor's suggestion to use Mid Continent cabinets. I have a stack of poorly finished cabinet doors/drawer fronts in storage due to inconsistent finish, paint bubbling and chipping at the seams (before I even used them) that were sent as replacements. One door was replaced three times. After a year of use the hinges are loose and squeaky, the soft close mechanisms barely work. I have some painted and some stained cabinets. The painted cabinets are downright cheesy. Some sections look like they were primed,but not finished. The stained ones have held up better. This company is aware of the problems and sent replacements without complaint, but it doesn't matter because the replacements all have the same problems. Do not use.

"What a Surprise!"
Purchased a new home from a major builder. Went to the design center to choose all of the interior items for the home. Used a professional designer and found Mid Continent was one of the suppliers. The cabinets looked great in the showroom, but once they were installed in our "new" home there were problems from the start. Molding on doors was not matched, door panels inserts shrunk and raw wood was exposed, finish was not consistent for each door color and finish. Had the builder in 3 times to get doors replaced so they would look descent. The cabinet boxes are a cheep as can be for the amount of money we spent for the "upgraded" professional cabinets. Beware of this company!
