"Poor Quality"
Received my cabinets. They were all different purchase order numbers. Got replacement doors and they still did not match. Called The owner Bill Decker and told he didn't care. Told me to tear them out and he would refund my money. No concern for the consumer. Haven't had a working kitchen for over 2 months and counting.

"Poor Customer Service"
I had high hopes for working with this company, but I found their service to be very lacking. They are very slow to respond (if at all). Even after I committed to purchasing cabinets, I couldn't find anyone there who was really interested in guiding me through design and ordering. Just very disappointed in the entire process.

"UNSATISFIED WITH SHIPPING AND NO CREDIT"
Product is from china so brought here,then your order is repalletized on 7 foot pallets for cheep shipping. For west coast shipment picked up in Ohio, dropped in Chicago, reloaded to head west. Forklifts have 4 foot forks which damage any long cabinets or panels by tilting back and penetration of product on bottom. Manufacturer claims shipping issue, shipper claims manufacturer issue. When product arrives you will need to hand load to separate pallets due to truck lift is too small on second drop shipment to third warehouse and truck change. Note if anything is damaged refuse the cabinets or be willing to remake that cabinet yourself. Just my experience and my opinion.

"Lilly Ann Cabinets Beautiful, Easy to Install Affordable"
I ordered the Lily Ann Cabinets before my home was built, using only a drawing and measurements. I'd decided which ones that I'd wanted and listed how they should go in. All of this was available on the internet and I could have done this using just the internet, but I decided to visit a showroom to see the style, design, and how well they were built. I am glad I did because although I'd picked cabinets that would fit, I was helped to find cabinets that would actually be more useful and fit better. When they arrived they were in flat boxes. I was assured they would be simple to assemble. The boxes were packed better than I could have imagined. No expense was spared to insure they would arrive in perfect condition. The instructions were really simple and although I have never built anything and rarely use a screwdriver, I was able to build every one of the cabinets by myself! there were over 3 dozen individual cabinets. I have to admit I was proud of myself and my new cabinets that I was able to say I'd built ever one of my kitchen cabinets. They were not built with particle board, but quality plywood and hardwood. The finish was beautiful and the antique white paint was also glazed for easy cleaning. Only the glass in one of the cabinet doors was broken and it was replaced quickly with a brand new one door, not just the glass replacement. All doors and drawers fit perfectly, all cabinets fit exactly to each other, the drawers (and I ordered a lot of drawers) slide in and out with ease. The trim finished off the cabinets and they look as if a professional had built and installed them. I could not be happier with my Lily Ann cabinets and have advised others to buy the same ones many times!
