"Cabinets are horrible and customer service non-existent"
We ordered cabinets with the assistance of Bill Decker III. He rendered the drawings and put together the quote for us. I approved the drawings then emailed and called him to confirm order quote was ready for order. He confirmed and I ordered. Delivery promised within 14 days. I called Bill Decker III when it didn't arrive as expected and was told this is "very usual" and he would call me back. He didn't. I called back the following day and was told then that the shipment was coming in two shipments... no apology for delay. I followed up by email and phone the next couple of weeks and finally received cabinets yesterday. The quality is horrible. They are nothing like the sample we were sent. The cabinets do not match each other and the instructions are non-existent. After inspection, I realized the cabinets did not match the drawing. Cabinets we would need were not there and we have about $500 of cabinets we did not need! I called Bill Decker III again and *surprise* was told "this is very unusual" call me Monday. I called the "customer service" line and was told I would have to call on Monday to resolve. This entire company is a joke.

"Do not order from Lily Anne cabinets"
I have never in my whole life (honestly) dealt with a company like these guys. Almost 50 days since I ordered and still I do not have all my items. Read the reviews and go elsewhere. By far the worst customer service in the history of the world. I have sent sooooo many emails and called soooooo many times, and I still do not have my final moldings. For all that is good, do not subject yourself to the abuse and buy elsewhere. PS they do not have an a+ BBB rating go take a look for yourselves.

"Terrible product, terrible customer service, terrible return policy"
First of all, be wary of anyplace with a 20% restocking fee that they conveniently leave out when you order. Second of all, they have a 30 day return policy. Due to their 1-6 week lead time during my purchase, I ordered early, now I'm out $500 on a cabinet that I would like to return. I was still ordering trim and other cabinets when my 30 day period expired. I stopped at their place, what a mess it looks like a garage sale. I won't be installing any of their cabinets in any more of my rentals. Terrible quality, they actually drilled the hinges in the wrong location and filled with putty and just left it, boxed it up and shipped it to me all the way from China. I'm just a bit exhausted.

"Assembly, shipping, and finish problems"
This stuff is a joke. Does not assemble very good at all. Ship mold on boxes (wet). Drawers are not lined up. Impossible to assemble without a lot of extra work. Basically these cabinets are terrible! Finish on frames don't match fillers, etc. Hope to get them to take care of jobs that can't get done! -Wholesaler

"Order delay"
I ordered $3,200.00 worth of kitchen cabinets via the internet. Web site states orders shipped within 1-7 business days and received 7-14 business days. It's been 20 business days and my order has not shipped yet. Customer service apologizes and forwards you to someone else who doesn't answer phone or messages. Ive been getting the run around for 10 days now and no answers yet. I hope when and if the product gets here it is better than their customer service.

"Excellent Service from excellent company"
Purchased a complete set of cabinets for my remodel project 2 years ago for over $3,200. The oak veneer began to separate on one particular cabinets doors. I contacted Lily Ann and now two weeks later, all is well. They immediately shipped me new door fronts to correct the problem, no questions asked! "Very pleased!"
I ordered my cabinets (madison antique white) from their website which was very easy. I emailed my rep with questions a few times and spoke to him on the phone once. I was very happy with the customer service I received. My cabinets were delivered very quickly and the packaging/crate looked very secure with no apparent damage. The boxes were clearly marked on the outside so I could easily see which ones were what and that they were all there. Assembling the cabinets was pretty easy, it can be done with just one person, but is definitely easier with two. My 18' base cabinet came with a shelf but it was the wrong size, sent an email to my rep and quickly received a replacement. My cabinets are installed now and look really pretty! I am please with my purchase and will use Lilly Ann again.

"Amazing cabinets, lots of features backed by great customer service"
I have used many cabinet companies but, I started using Lilyann Cabinets 2 years ago for all my cabinet, counter, and vanity needs and have never looked back. There quality is outstanding, loaded with features! I send my measurements off to my sales rep Lennon Weast, and he designs the kitchen and 9 times out of 10 the customer makes no changes it's set up perfectly. There delivered right to your garage fast. The customer service I receive is fast, friendly and above professional. You can't beat there prices...seriously I've tried and for the quality and price they provide in their cabinets it's a win win. Don't take my word for it try them and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.

"High Quality Cabinets at Affordable Prices"
As a contractor, I have been purchasing cabinets from Lily Ann for several years now, I have never had any complaints from any of my clients in regards to the quality and durability of the products. I think the customer service is excellent, I have a great relationship with my rep, one thing I know for sure, if anything were ever to go wrong, he would definitely have my back.

"Total kitchen"
Lily Ann is easy to work with. The salesman, Hans Henock, was extremely helpful with the design and ordering. This is the 6th set of cabinets from them. The only issue once was a damaged door during shipping and Hans was able to replace within a few days. I would recommend these cabinets as well as the design help.

"Have used them on multiple occasions"
Had lived in my home for years and the kitchen needed a complete update. A friend recommended LilyAnn cabinets. Chuck Bennett helped me design everything. Was extremely helpful. Of course, after selling my home, (the kitchen looked awesome) I went and bought my new condo that also needed a complete remodel. Went back to Lily Ann and am happy again. Chuck worked with me on several "change orders" as I relocated the layout on different occasions and everything went smoothly. White cabinets this time and 2 doors came in with damage. Lily Ann replaced them in a timely manner with no hesitation. Will use them again I am sure.

"Unhappy"
My cabinets came quickly except for one piece. We spent some time on the phone and I changed out a 30 inch drawer cabinet for 2 15s. All was shipped quickly (however were not packed on pallets as they said they would be on their videos). All inventory numbers etc. on shipping bill different codes than online. All of the boxes went together fairly simply but virtually none of the drawers did. Got on the phone mucho times to LilyAnn and eventually got replacements. All of the drawer time cost me money (definitely not do it yourself). They were machined very, very poorly. Replacement drawers came fairly rapidly but same problem, drawer dovetails still wasted workers time and did not fit well together. The cabinets are fine quality except for the drawers but when you have a lot of them it costs you money. They have definite quality control problems with their machining of dovetails and with their shipping and inventory. Will not do business with them again.

"Great Experience"
We had a great experience. Our installer was very impressed with the quality right down to the pieces that hold the shelves in and everyone who has come in our kitchen, delivery men etc. has commented on how beautiful the cabinets look. We got the Charleston Toffee Easy ready to assemble (ERTA). I am a 50 year old woman and I put them all together myself except for needing help moving around the giant ones like the Lazy Susan. The customer service was excellent we did not receive the shelves for the lazy susan I called them and we received them within just a few days. Randy always promptly returned my calls, had great ideas for the kitchen, and had no problem with me changing my mind about things which I did several times.

"Top of the Line"
Solid and easy to assemble. Very well finished and gorgeous in our newly remodeled kitchen. Our Contractor was so impressed he is going to use LiliAnn for his other jobs as a supplier. Considering some bad reviews we still made the plunge to purchase from them due to their great return policies. Wow, the quality is very very good and I'm not sure how they received any bad reviews.

"Worst service ever"
Do not order anything from Lily Ann ever! The cabinets are nice. The price is good. However, the service is horrible! It took them a month to send me cabinets and I live in the same state as the warehouse (Ohio). One of the cabinets was supposedly out of stock and would arrive ups the following week. It didn't arrive a week later and I had to hound them everyday to send it. It finally arrived in 2 weeks. They sent me one cabinet that was the wrong size and made me buy another one to replace it even though it was their error! It took another month to get the replacement cabinet that I had to buy. They blamed a "new ordering employee" for this error and said she "forgot" to send the cabinet. This pathetic excuse for service is definitely not worth the money I saved on these cabinets. You really do get what you pay for. Do not order anything from Lily Ann ever!

"Very Terrible cabinetry and Terrible customer service"
I ordered a $3500 kitchen from bill decker at lily ann cabinets, He completely screwed me. He promised me good cabinets, better quality then home depot at this great price. I received my order 2 weeks late, and once it did come 15 out of 25 cabinets had damage. They refused to replace any of the cabinetry and on top of that they would not accept a return from me. Definitely would not do business with this terrible scam company again.

"Bad Experience!"
I was so excited about my cabinets. Shipped quickly, with the exception of 2 pieces, we were told would be 1 month out. One month later, when we asked where it was since the countertop templates were on schedule. We were told they just left China on a boat - it would be 30 days more. Now I have to push back my counters another month. I have been living without a working kitchen already for weeks. Now it'll be weeks more! They have poor customer service. They don't care about you after the sale (and yes, they charged me the whole amount right away)! Also, my pantry didn't have holes for the shelves drilled on one side, so I can't even put shelves inside of it. Go with someone else - this company may have the cheapest cabinets, but you get what you pay for.

"A sad joke! Don't make my mistake"
Lily Ann customer service is a like a nightmare you cannot awaken from. It's not that they don't respond, they just don't know much. Their entire ordering system is messed up, from the invoices, to wrong prices, to wrong shipping quotes. Have you heard enough? I would never recommend these people. In all fairness their cabinets are actually pretty nice, but dealing with billing and shipping and customer service issues just are not worth it. Look elsewhere.
