"Disappointing Quality and Service"
Decent quality vs big box stores bare cabinet pricing. Wonderful soft close AND easy to install hinges. No documentation available to troubleshoot drawers that won't close. Beware, 8/10 cabinets we ordered had issues: delamination, poor exterior paint coverage and measurement discrepancies, which result in hard to assemble cabinets or cracked face plates. Horribly out of date, lacking AND incomplete assembly instructions and videos. Sadly, www shows negative feedback referencing assembly instructions, that the company has apparently avoided addressing, for years. Free layouts are not "free" if you realize salespeople get a commission. Thus, if you're interested in a current trend of minimal layout, shelves on top and not cabinets there is low incentive for anyone to design a minimalist layout. "Highly recommend"
Had a great salesman. Randy. Never ordered cabinets or put them together before. Randy was a huge help. After delivery there was a delay in opening and putting cabinets together. Had a problem with one and parts were replaced immediately. We struggled with 3 cabinets that did not go together easily but made it through. One thing I would change to make easier is more videos for assembly. We had many questions. We have castle look. There are extra steps so cabinets open without banging doors. End caps. Dishwasher on end. Crown molding. Don't understand bad reviews. Everyone was very helpful. Thank you.

"Love Lily Ann"
For all the DIY home improvement enthusiasts that also want to save big $$. This my second order with Lily Ann Cabinets and again so happy with our shipment today. The service has always been excellent and I've worked with Chuck with both orders. Although you do have to assemble on your own for maximum savings, I believe there is the option to pay for full assembly before shipping which is still minimal. However, the cabinets are very easy to assemble on your own and you can save over 70% over HD prices (even with shipping included). We still love the kitchen cabinets we purchased 4 years ago. Can't wait to see this bathroom completed!

"Go for it! Great cabinets!"
I was nervous putting myself on the line! Could I build these cabinets? The answer is yes! They are a beautiful product and packed perfectly so they arrive in perfect condition. I watched the videos found on the website, but YouTube has quite a few more. There are paper instructions included with each cabinet as well. A sturdy table is good, but the floor works just as well. I did use old towels as mats - sometimes I added too much glue and it oozed out, but damp rags will wipe excess glue off easily. The money I saved allowed me to upgrade my lighting and save for a vacation. The designer I worked with was fabulous and so very patient! I changed my order several times and he never complained. These cabinets were recommended by a friend and I would also recommend them. Thank you Lily Ann!

"Great Cabinets"
I absolutely love my cabinets. They are stylish, all wood and look great in my kitchen. Everyone I dealt with at Lily Ann was knowledgable and very willing to answer any questions I had both before and after my purchase. There were lots of styles to choose from in several different price ranges. These cabinets are a great addition to my home and I would recommend Lily Ann to anyone in need of high quality, affordable cabinetry.

"Stay a way from this company"
Before placing the order I was told they have all my cabinets in stock. Once I placed the order and paid for it I was told that they needed sometime to process it. I called them almost everyday, all those who I talked to were not friendly at all. When I wanted to cancel my order, they gave me hard time but thanks to PayPal I was able to get my money back. Stay away from this company

"Very, very happy"
Is there such a thing as perfect? Nope. Are these very, very good. Yup. Did I work with one rep that wasn't a super star and then another that happened to be? Fortunately, yes. Setting aside getting help initially to spec out what I needed, the product is amazing. I'd definitely recommend doing your best to secure an experienced rep or working with someone externally who has used them before or construction savvy to make sure you get the right stuff...but the value is untouchable. The quality is very, very high. I ended up getting my hardware elsewhere (a gift) but the end result is really amazing. Once the appliances and countertops are in, I'm going to be sharing pictures somewhere. I would 100% use them again. I tried to find (with limited success) some competitors in this space but they were really the best option IMHO.

"This has been a nightmare"
I know people who got their cabinets so when I had to remodel due to Harvey, I contacted them right away...to start with they put us with a designer that happened to be on vacation their entire sale time...and they would not honor their price. It got worse from their, the design team couldn’t figure out what a closet was and when we called they were way too busy to talk to us. I finally tried to resolve this through their Facebook and I was assured they would have management call...guess they are too busy as well. Finally got a semi quote that didn’t have what we wanted but at this point we gave up and decided to order only to be told 2 week delivery actually means 4 to 6 weeks...can’t believe I waisted so many valuable weeks dealing with this. I could have my kitchen by now if I used anyone else.

Ordering was easy. I talked to the team and they gave me a 3d rendering of what the kitchen remodel would look like with the cabinets in them. I was hesitant to buy online but with that image I felt comfortable. They good great installed.

"Cabinet purchase experience"
Lily Ann Cabinets has been a good experience so far. The product appears to be of quality. The people at the warehouse and store are very helpful and nice. My salesman Johnny K. can get any information & desdign that you need on the cabinets. They have been helpful in getting me my cabinets that I was unable to pick up due to the size of my vehicle.

"Awesome quality and great look"
I purchased cabinets from Lily Ann when doing a kitchen redesign in my condo. The cabinets look amazing and my contractor said they were very easy to put in. They look just as good as any “high end” cabinets I’ve seen. I’d recommend to anyone!

"Legacy Oak cabinets"
My husband and I were trying to find cabinets to complete the kitchen makeover done approximately two years ago. We went back to the company we initially ordered and decided to do some shopping around. My husband found the exact same cabinets and at a much more affordable price. We received our cabinets, which are absolutely beautiful but unfortunatley one of the mullion doors, the glass was cracked. Lily Ann Cabinets quickly shipped out another replacement and we had our mullion door in less than a week. Customer service is impeccable. I would definitely order again from Lily Ann Cabinets.

The quality of my cabinets was horrible. The lily ann company is the most un professional company I have ever dealt with. My cabinets were damaged and manager and customer service will not replace. My advice is do not deal with this company. The quality is horrible.

"Great Company, Remarkable Value!"
We made a quick decision to update our kitchen to improve the resale and update the look. While granite counter tops was the main focus, we realized we needed to replace our outdated built-in kitchen desk to a wet bar. We visited Lowe's, Home Depot, and the expensive cabinet makers, we came across Lily-Ann Cabinets on the web, and were delighted to find them in Toledo, OH so close to our home. We visted their factory showroom and the folks there couldn't be more accommodating. We left that day with most of our order. As DIY type's we had no problem doing our own work and the assembly of these cabinets was a snap. I also estimate that we paid half of what we would have paid at a big box store. While they had to back order the upper cabinets, they ended up coming in a month earlier than estimated. The owner was so nice to even exchange a trim piece with us by meeting us halfway from Toledo! This is a well run and friendly family company. We modified several parts of the cabinets with little effort, such as shortening an upper drawer for a small sink installation using pocket screws. The bottom edges of the cabinets sides were not stained, but the local hardware store had easily matching stains to match the finnish so you would not see the white wood edges. The variety in trim pieces allowed us to use a different and more attractive molding at the top of the upper cabinets. All in all this was a great company to work with and they provide tremendous quality and value.

This is third set of cabinets from Lily Ann. Shipping and ordering was a none issue each time. One set of doors were damaged in shipping and they were fast to send another set. I also changed the design for an island after cabinets were delivered and the salesman Hans Henock was able to redesign and expedite my order request. I will continue to use these cabinet, the backs, sides are all wood...

"Fantastic experience - great customer service for online company"
Lily Ann Cabinets was a great company to work with. I found having samples sent prior to purchase and design, very helpful. I have an unusually large window in my kitchen and it was very helpful to have Lily Ann draw up (with their software) our kitchen with accurate measurements. I had an idea of how I wanted the kitchen to be laid out and they were very easy to work with in nailing down all the components we would need. When I changed my mind a few times they were happy to alter the drawings. The products were shipped very quickly, like within 2 weeks. There were a few things missing from the first shipment but they sent them along once contacted. There were a few things missing from the design and not in the original order but Lily Ann was happy to place the order for us and did not have us pay for the shipping costs. In my opinion, with large orders like those placed, it is not uncommon for you to receive something damaged or incorrect. Lily Ann was quick to replace a hinge and a drawer front. I would have given them less stars but their quick customer service and willingness to replace things quickly far beats out many competitors. The quality of the cabinet doors is fantastic. My husband and I completed our kitchen reno, complete with wall removal, on our own and on a budget. I couldn't be happier with the product we received through Lily Ann.

"So close to perfect"
I purchased a single 36X36 shaker wall cabinet with doors. Cabinets shipped quickly and arrived with all parts and packaged well. Overall for the price I was pleased with the quality and construction of the cabinet base and face frame. The dovetail joint system was sturdy and easy to assemble with or without glue. There are a few imperfections in the paint and some scratching on the shelving. I was planning on painting the cabinet to match the existing floor cabinet that was already in place so not a big issue for me but an issue that needs attention from a quality standpoint. Some of the base frame construction is a little rickety which can be resolved with a little cabinet building knowhow. I was very pleased with the shaker door construction and finishing. Whoever is doing that part of the construction is skilled because the doors would be hard to beat anywhere else for the price. In summary it looks like just a little quality inspection before shipping would make the product see the potential that is there.

"Cabinet hinges"
I have done 2 kitchens using Lilyann Cabinets. The first kitchen was my own and I spent about $9000.00 which was a great price for the number of cabinets we purchased. We did have some issues as far as communication and wrong product, but in the end they got it together and kitchen was completed. I think for the price your getting a great cabinet. Now I do have a complaint on the 2nd kitchen I did. This was for a customer. She chose the shaker cinnamon cabinets. They seem to have changed the hinges so that the door swings 110 degrees. The problem is they swing to far and the door rubs on the frame which will rub the finish off quickly. They said the hinges were changed because the pullout trays were hitting the hinges. They might have solved the pullout tray problem but in doing so I think they created a bigger problem. In my kitchen I just mounted the pullout trays above the hinges so they wouldn't hit. I had plans to purchase Lilyann cabinets for future jobs but because of this hinge change I might have to look elsewhere.
