"Kitchen Cabinets"
Horrible!!! Just touch these cabinets and the paint is scratched. Purchased a full set of cabinets in late 2020. I the home owner assembled the cabinets and were installed to Michigan code. This is a two person retired household. It is now the end of 2023. All of the door hinge screws need to be replaced and all of the drawer slider rails need the screws replaced. I have tightened the screws on the doors and drawer slides multiple time. The cupboards are acting as if they are 20 years old. Lastly the door hinges over open. This was a total waste of money.

"Additional cabinet for over refrigerator"
This cabinet had some manufacturing flaws at the toungue and groove areas that I was able to work around. I was disappointed as these type of flaws were not present in my original order.

"Will recommend and purchase again."
Customer service is outstanding. I needed to modify my order which was already delivered and paid for. Spoke to the owner and he helped me get the re-order cabinet I needed and even waived shipping even though the change was my choice. Ordered the full kitchen unassembled and saved lots of money and got free shipping. Good quality although I would prefer soft closing cabinets and drawers. Saved a ton of money and got great service. Thanks.

"Run Away!"
Run away from this company as fast as you can. Yes, they are cheap. NO, they are not good quality. Then there is problems with the company itself. 4 attempts to ship me unbroken parts and still failed. Reship many pieces that were missing. Assembly instructions do not match the product shipped. Assembly videos do not match the product shipped. Problem after problem getting it done. Waiting for shipment after shipment after shipment hoping to get the right parts that were not broken was absolutely miserable. Your sanity is worth the difference in cost with another company.

"York Grey Cabinets"
We purchased the York Grey bathroom vanities as well as a 3 drawer kitchen base cabinet for our master bathroom. On top of our countertop we assembled two 24 inch wide wall cabinets stacked (a 36" tall and a 12" tall, both with glass doors. We finished the project with crown and baseboard molding and a few other trim pieces. The assembly was very straightforward and the quality of the cabinets is excellent. The quality of the Lily Ann cabinets is better than that of the more expensive cabinets we purchased 11 years ago from one of the big box stores. We would definitely purchase cabinets from Lily Ann again.

"Llly Ann's Lennon Weast is a treasure"
Lily Ann has great products; all wood, soft closures, good pricing. But a great product is only as good as the support staff. Lennon Weast has helped me with 2 kitchens. His design input was invaluable. He had thoughts and ideas we hadn't considered that helped make the project much better. He oversaw the transaction from order through delivery and even after. We were very grateful that he was our contact person. Terrific customer service all around.

"One of the best companies I have ever worked with"
This is an amazing company to work with, had one cabinet that had the wrong door. Replaced it in a blink. Cabinets are amazingly well built and have the look of cabinets 4 times their price. Everyone that works there is polite, courteous, well versed in their products. I can't say enough good things about this company. Use them, you won't be sorry, and you will love their cabinets. Quality, Quality, Quality.

"Great price for quality cabinets"
Remodeling the kitchen at our new home. Cabinet sides are 7-ply plywood finished to match the cabinet fronts, which are hardwood. We removed a small separate pantry "closet". Replaced with a wall of pantry cabinets with a mix of fixed shelves and rolling shelves. This opened kitchen floor plan up so we could install a huge island of cabinets. Without the reasonable pricing from Lily Ann Cabinets, we couldn't afford the kitchen we dreamt of.

"Amazing customer service and cabinet quality!!"
RTA cabinets made me nervous because I have never put cabinets together but...the video online is great and it was a pretty simple process. Our cabinets arrived when we were told they would. My husband and I put them together and installed them. They are all wood and solid as a rock! Besides that, they are beautiful! They look better than our kitchen cabinets and are much better quality. Had I known about Lily Ann last year, I would be as in love with my kitchen as I am our master bathroom. I will be a customer again, anytime I need cabinets. I will suggest them to all my clients. I am blown away by the service, expedious order fulfillment, and quality.

"Love our Lily Ann Cabinets"
We wanted to write a review because we are so pleased with our Lily Ann cabinets. From the free samples, to the kitchen layout, 3D pictures and price list- once everything was chosen.. the process was not at all overwhelming. The cost for Lily Ann Cabinets beat every dealer we previously spoke with, including the big box stores. The personnel at Lily Ann Cabinets are knowledgeable, experienced and patient with questions and above all friendly. They were reachable by phone or email during the day and the delivery of our cabinets was by an employee, who was knowledgeable about the company's products and gave us good advice about installation. Our kitchen is beautiful and the cabinets are the star. Thank you

"Poor Communication"
The quality of the cabinets are good and thats it. Instructions leave out information and parts in the hardware bag are random. Bought the two of the same cabinets and screws were all different. I just used my own. Poor communication with reps, no one calls you back unless you call several times.

I looked quite a while before deciding on Lily Ann Cabinets. I am extremely pleased with my choice. The cabinets are high quality wood and easily assembled. The service is superb. My emails were answered within hours and my phone calls were answered by a helpful salesperson. I had a problem that was my fault, and they went out of their way to solve it. Lily Ann Cabinets takes great pride in their work. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have used Lily Ann Cabinets in several different colors and styles now for at least 7 years. They are very professional with orders, shipments and replacement parts. Don Klein is our sales rep. and he is very polite and helpful with our orders. He is always there if we have any questions or concerns. The cabinets are made of high quality wood and the finish is perfect. It is also great that you can go through their website and pick out different things to put inside the cabinets and drawers. I would refer Lily Ann Cabinets to anyone.

"Beautiful, well built cabinets"
I needed cabinets fairly quickly and shopping the local home improvement stores left me less than pleased. The quality of the quick ship items was not at all what I was looking for. I found Lily Ann online, liked the look and reviews of their product and ordered some samples. While a small sample doesn't give you a full idea what you'll get, combined with the reviews and online photos I chose to go with them. I didn't use a representative but I cannot stress how important it is to be in your space and measure, measure, measure. I drew on walls, floors, etc. The ordering process was very easy, the delivery was only a couple of weeks and everything was well marked. I don't love the assembly process but in order to stay in budget it's necessary. These are great cabinets. Solid, plywood inside, not MDF cheap, soft close doors and drawers and they look beautiful. Without question I would use them again.
