"Poor Quality Control"
While the installation left much to be desired, the condition that the cabinets arrived in shocked us. Dents, scratches, poor staining, misfit panels and clips that did not even fit glass shelves were among the concerns. After 3 separate re-orders and weeks of delay, we finally decided to live with what we had while Lowes helpfully reminded us that custom cabinets would have cost us thousands of dollars more!

"Diamond series Java nightmare"
Ordered Diamond Series Cabinets in Maple/ Java in February 2014. It is now July 14th, 2014 and still don't have my kitchen finished. The original order had scratches and uneven staining throughout the entire kitchen cabinet doors and drawers. Lowes and Masterbrand cabinet reps have placed 3 orders for replacements and all 3 orders have uneven staining, cracks and missed ordering replacement parts with each order. I now have the reps from both companies coming to my house again to review. Both Lowes and Masterbrand cabinets refuse to replace the whole set with something different. Do not buy this brand what so ever. Spent 2 years of saving $ and nothing short of a nightmare. Shame on you Lowes for carrying such a poor brand and not stepping up to the plate to fix this.

"Replacement Cabinet Doors"
Basically satisfied with the white cabinets installed in April of 2013. I found that the seams were splitting with some of the doors, I first contacted Lowes,(North Attleboro, ma) where the cabinet were purchased, Scott the person who helped design my kitchen was great and got in touch with the local rep, they both came to inspect the cabinets and Brian (Diamond Rep) ordered them and said he would come back to install them, that was back in September/October 2013, needless to say the doors have still not been changed. Contacted Scott who was to get back to me, Brian made attempts to come to install but cancelled or didn't get back to me after frequent calls. I understand that it's not necessarily the Reps jobs to install, but he did say that was no problem. Hence my disappointment with the company follow up.

"It's very sad!"
We ordered two 60' vanity bases (Diamond Prelude) through Lowe's and paid for the upgrade of having the sides of the cabinets done in wood. Scratches, dings and glue are all over the sides of the cabinets, doors are all uneven and drawers are scratched. They should have never passed quality control. We received them last night ... let's hope Lowe's resolves the problem! Its sad when you spend so much perfectly good money but can't get a perfect product!

"So disappointed"
Ordered $6500 worth of Diamond Prelude Alpine/Ebony cabinets. Arrived quickly that should have given me an idea as to quality. Paint chipped, cracked and raised up on seams. And no, not the normal way it should be on seams. That was first set, next set worse than the first. Third set some better. If I would have known I would not have wasted my money. Sales rep begrudging ordered third set of doors. Diamond needs to either train their quality control or fire them. Do not waste your money just too sad of a deal. Lowes does not care after they make the sale.

"Say no to Daimond Cabinets"
Like other reviews we had three damaged cabinets in our delivery. Of course the worst cabinet which had to be replaced was a base cabinet. Lowes told us to call Diamond direct so we did. They initially told us it would be 7-12 business days. We are going on almost two and a half weeks and we still don't have our replacement cabinet. We have talked to multiple customer support reps, and supervisors and but were not really helpful. They did offer to have a local sales rep stop by, which he did. He did help adjust a couple of cabinet doors and offered to send some small components, such as hinge restrictors and touch up paint and he was going to find out when the cabinet would be delivered , email Lowes and cc us. However, almost a week later we haven't heard anything ,and my wife called twice , left a message and no returned call. Worst customer service ever. I wouldn't recommend these cabinets to anyone. For the cost paid, damaged product and terrible customer service I would gladly pay a local cabinet maker more.

"Very disappointed!"
Ordered from Lowes. Cabinets received without doors. Replacements took 3 weeks. Took three times to get it right. Add the time up. Yep months later finally got all my doors. Stain was very poor. Had to get replacements for unfinished parts. Glue on cabinets that peeled the stain when removed. Finish is very rough. Chips dings on most of them. Still trying to work a resolution with them. Should have returned the whole order but making due. Shouldn't have to after spending this much money. Three months out and still no kitchen. The money keeps adding up.

"Terrible!"
I would stay away from Diamond like the plague. Several of the cabinets had defects which went unnoticed until it was too late. Most distressing however was the crown-molding which was poorly designed and could not be installed to spec. In all the cabinets were very poorly designed and crafted.

"Very bad quality"
The quality is really, really bad. Don't order from Diamond Cabinetry. Even the door is not even for my vanity. All doors use several small pieces of wood and put them together I didn't have a big door. The texture is really ugly if it's not from a single piece of wood.

"Terrible QA"
Several cabinets arrived dinged, paint finish scratched. Reordered, and those are worse than the first. Cheaply made, and not checked prior to shipping. Scratches are present underneath the styrofoam protected corners -- so they left the factory that way. Very disappointed.

"Customer Service is Terrible"
I ordered several Diamond prelude kitchen cabinets in early July 2012 through Lowe'S. Received my order quickly but one floor cabinet was on back order, later after investigating the matter with the Lowe's salesman I found out the cabinet was shipped but lost. Without Diamonds assistance or apology the Lowe's salesman with my help and shipping information found the cabinet 10 weeks later sitting on a Trucking Co. shipping dock. This cost me money and held my kitchen counter top application for 2 months. Diamond is happy to sell the cabinets and then they forget you. The cabinets are of good quality but I would recommend to avoid the brand due to no customer service. Letters and complaints were ignored even from the parent company Masterbrand.

"Would Shop Around More"
Not sure my beef is with Diamond or Lowes where I ordered the cabinets. All in all the experience has been less than favorable and I feel I have over paid for what I received and certain options were not really needed if not impractical. I would really encourage someone else looking for new kitchen cabinets to shop around, certainly avoid Lowes (Hendersonville, Tennessee), and have them show you what the options look like on the display floor.

"New kitchen cabinets by Cabinets By Diamond. Quality look, feel, and materials make these something to be proud of."
I have owned the Cabinets by Diamond kitchen cabinets for over two years now and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The reason my wife and I chose them first off was the look. When you see them, you see quality and craftsmanship that not only looks great, but will endure being used by a busy family with children. The color is beautiful, and the materials they are made from is very high quality. There is practically nothing that I can say negative about these cabinets. They are great. So far, there has been no need for any repairs, even though a 3 year old and a 9 year old still cant figure out how to close them so that they don't slam. The kids have been very rough on them, yet they still endure. I have had many friends ask about the cabinets and I have enjoyed telling them how great they are. They have seen the quality as they test the doors and drawers and many have said that they will look at them when its time for them to get new ones.

"Diamond Prelude Cabinets"
We ordered Diamond Prelude maple cabinets in Java finish for our master bath remodel. Most of the cabinets were fine. But several doors were cracked and the dark finish very uneven on several doors. One drawer was broken. So we ordered replacements--three times. Each replacement was either the wrong size or in worse condition than the original. It was not a shipping issue, just poor quality control on the part of Diamond. The company rep who came to our home told us that Lowe's designers should be telling customers the dark finishes don't come out even!! My opinion is they shouldn't be using dark finishes if they can't do them right. We would not recommend this line of cabinets to anyone--if you expect quality.

"Perfect with no Problems!"
We order 15 cabinets from Lowe's and received them in perfect shape with no issued exactly one month to the day we ordered them. We had heard horror stories about ordering cabinets this way but thankfully our experience was smooth with no issues. We ordered the shaker style chocolate cabinets and they are beautiful! This is exactly the type of cabinet I was looking for and did not see anywhere else.

"ugly and cheap"
I am so sorry I purchased my sink base from this company (Diamond) via Lowe's. Order was for a all black all wood sink base. Received a maple color cabinet with black uneven doors. They really think this is normal to have a two tone sink base. Just ugly and cheap looking. Waited over 1 month for this sink base. I am trying to get a new one via Lowe's again. I would rather poke my eyes with pencils than deal with either of the mentioned companies I have involved myself with. So sad without a kitchen sink in Pittsburgh. Run away go to the swap meet you will get nicer cabinets there.

"Somersby Cabinets"
I decided to use Kitchens for Less because of their pricing and shipping. They were less expensive and faster than other companies I looked at. I ordered kitchen cabinets for a complete kitchen with a bar, end panels, and nice moldings. The salesperson I spoke with was very courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions. He even followed up and sent me a Christmas card. Initially, I was hesitant about ordering cabinets over the Internet, especially because I was ordering from out of state. When I researched Kitchens for Less, I found that they had good ratings. My experience with them turned out well. I would encourage others not to hesitate about using them. They were an excellent company to work with.
