"Absolutely the Best Cabinets out there"
We ordered Crestwood cabinets two years ago, and they are absolutely beautiful. We have received so many compliments on them. I would definitely use them again, not that I'll ever have to because they are built to last. Great company to work with.

"Poor quality"
We spent a lot of money on these "upgrade" Creatwood cabinets in our new build. We got a dark charcoal color. The sheen is splotchy and dirty looking. It looks like someone tried cleaning it with a greasy rag but that's how they look naturally! I try to wipe them off and it doesn't make a difference. They also chip easily on the edges and the white primer shows through. Uhhh, why wouldn't u use the same color primer as the paint?? Doors are flimsy. I do not recommend Crestwood!!!

"Extremely poor paint and finish, abysmal overall QC"
As noted by others, the quality of paint and finish on Crestwood cabinets is extremely poor, frankly shockingly so. Our $35K order arrived in completely mismatched shades of while, ranging from cool ones leaning towards magenta, to warm, creamy ones. When looked at next to one another under uniform light, it looks horrible. Given that we ordered one of Crestwood's standard colors it is hard to imagine how they managed to produced this randomly mismatched mess. Furthermore, the finish is already (5 days after installation!!) cracking at the seams between the vertical and horizontal portions of the frame and revealing flawed material underneath. The latter should be solid furniture grade wood, but it does not appear that this is uniformly the case. The tolerances are generally very poor and the gaps larger than what you are likely to see in a showroom. Crestwood is a big disappointment of this expensive project. We like our contractor but we are puzzled why he recommended such low quality cabinet source.

"Terrible cabinets"
Our Crestwood cabinets had several paint flaws upon installation (2014). The installer tried to fix some of the flaws but the marks are still visible. Today the cabinets look terrible (chipped paint, scratches, discoloration, etc.) and I won't allow anyone to touch my cabinets out of fear that they will deteriorate even more. Even a paper towel will cause light scratches in the paint. Stay away from Crestwood!

"Cheap Cabinets"
While my kitchen renovation came out beautiful, my husband and I are completely dissatisfied with Crestwood's cabinets. The quality is just downright poor. We can't believe the amount of chipping and peeling that has occurred within three months after installation. It is not even a full year yet and we have to contact our retailer to have another door replaced. It appears that their painting/finishing is of low quality. The kitchen we renovated had 40 year old cabinets that didn't have one chip in them. They were just very dated looking from the early 70s.

"Slowly fading, always lovely"
I have had my Crestwood cabinets for just over 12 years. I have a somewhat large kitchen that is well complemented by this quality brand. Over the years there have been problems, I will admit, but nothing one wouldn't expect from over a decade of heavy usage. Despite their age and the wear and tear my family and I have exposed them to, I still get complements from guests that have not yet seen my house. There have been some necessary repairs especially with regard to doors not staying closed, which is probably my least favorite aspect of my cabinets. In most cases a few screws had to be replaced, in others a new magnet system had to be implemented. But all in all, nothing major. I would defiantly recommend Crestwood to friends, and I have in fact recommended them to several people over the years. The price is hard on the wallet but certainly worth it considering the use my family have gotten out of them.
