"Defective Dishwasher Racks - Rustedd out and dangerous"
There are numerous complaints from owners that this dish machine comes with defective and dangerous dishwasher racks that rust; I cut my finger on one of the exposed tines where it literally broke off! The company, Whirlpool, that owns Jenn Air, refused to replace the racks even though many owners complained about the same issue. I would never buy another Jenn Air Dishwasher!

"Jenn-air whirlpool"
Dishwasher leaked needed to take off kickplate. needed to replace bottom kickplate. noone can figure out what to send- ive had 3 orders - ( that i have paid for) does fit. they "updated" to a single piece- doesnt fit. the inside of the unit looks like the titantic after years 100 years under water. changed soap, a bit better. the racks break. do not expect this washer to remove any food particles. it will wash but really just sanitize. but the shortest normal cycle is 3 hours (there is a quick wash at one hour that uses more water) so for that, it still works. it is a whirlpool product. i would not buy a whirlpool product again
