"Dishdrawer Dishwasher"
My wife and I spent nearly 1,000 on this dishwasher and it is useless. It is the worst dishwasher we have ever bought in our lives and we have purchased many over the years. Almost every morning when I get up to empty the dishwasher I have to re-wash, clean and dry many dishes (not touching one another), knives and forks etc. This is really frustrating and not what I would have expected based on the price and comparable, and much cheaper products. We have purchased many well known dishwasher brands over the years, at half the price, and have rarely had to re-wash, clean and dry crockery and cutlery in the morning. We are currently looking to replace this product as soon as possible and would never recommend this product to anyone.

"Fisher Paykel DD24DCX6: Great for small families"
My Fisher Paykel dishwasher is brand new, but I've owned the previous generations of this dishwasher for 10 years. I can't imagine my life without it. It is two drawers that work independently of one another, so you can run a small load (perfect for a small family or individual) or keep running loads if you are having a party. It is quiet, and I often run the dishwasher while my family is sitting less than five feet away eating dinner and enjoying conversation. No one notices it is running in the background. It has multiple settings from "rinse" (just 12 minutes) to "heavy duty" (two hours). The only drawback to this dishwasher is the price. It cost me more than $1000. I've never had to repair anything, although it was difficult to install. My husband is quite handy, and we had to call in a professional to do it. I would buy the same brand again (I've owned three of them) and would definitely recommend it to a friend (in fact, my in laws bought one after they experienced mine). Just not a friend on a budget!

"Two drawer dishwasher completely changes how I view doing the dishes for the better!"
I haven't owned this dishwasher very long but it has completely changed how I think about dish washing. Honestly! It's true dishes are still something of a chore but I don't think I'd like to go back to a more conventional style of dishwasher after now having owned this double drawer Fisher and Paykel. It's a complete ease to load dishes into the washer and I think that's perhaps what I like most about it. The dishwasher also cleans very efficiently and both drawers seem to be able to accept a large load. It's incredibly easy to change the settings to a longer or shorter cycle, as there are buttons on the inside of the drawer after opening it to choose for different types of loads including a heavy for pots and pans. There's even an eco friendly button which if pushed will shorten the length of a wash cycle. The regular load is 115 minutes when on the eco setting it's 88 minutes. The dishwasher works so well I sometimes find myself never putting dishes away. I simply switch between loading one drawer and removing clean dishes from the other. I guess that's really my only complaint. I suppose I also often just tend to use the top drawer more often than the bottom but the experience has made dish washing much easier to do. This could mean I'm running the washer more often than I might have a previous conventional type but I don't mind. I know longer find myself bending far down to remove dishes deep inside a washer. This item is much more ergonomic. It truly has changed how dish washing for me in a better way. I've never had any mechanical problems with it and would very readily recommend it for anyone to purchase. You'll never use a conventional dishwasher again.
