"Bottom freezer 19.0 cubic"
This evaporator freezes up after a year and 6 months and bought the little fix for draining and it doesn't work and it seems all the makers of refrigerators like Kenmore side by side and Samsung products they need to stand by there products and they don't so No more from these products.

"Will NEVER have another Samsung"
The ice maker froze up within a year. Fought and fought and finally had it replaced with another that produces "crusty" ice. Then the freezer stopped, then the center drawer stopped cooling and the ice maker stopped. There was condensation on all doors and on the back of the refrigerator. I have a refrigerator thermometer inside that reads 49°. Any temperature over 40° is dangerous for food safety. Thus refrigerator is only 5 years old.

"POOR ENGINEERING !"
Purchased this Samsung Refrigerator only 1 1/2 months ago....Seems to work ok (Should work well for almost $4,000. In canada). My kids spilled chocolate milk on glass above crisper's....Trying to remove this glass shelf was impossible.....I call Samsung (They were supposed to send a PDF manual but never did !The manual with this fridge was very vague "! States to pinch both tabs, lift and slide forward....(I've been recently tested for hand-strength...It's 62 FT/Lbs. Of strength) And I've tried to do this without success (Just imagine a small lady or man trying to remove this shelf!) This is definitely a "defect" with this fridge...Very poor engineering ! I won't buy another Samsung...Keep them in Korea !

"Miserable performance"
Bought a Samsung with french doors above and large freezer drawer below for around fifteen hundred dollars. A month after the warranty expired, the control panel stopped working, the digital read out froze showing partial numbers. Appliance still worked. Ice maker started leaking and working sporadically. Repair costs were quoted as starting at $400. Freezer drawer slides started loosing ball bearings. It jams shut which is not related to the bearings. When you close the drawer, it cannot be opened right away, have to wait ten minutes, then it opens fine. Have to freeze ice in trays. Water accumulates under the freezer drawer--even though the water is now turned off at the wall--and builds up into a slab which also jams the drawer. Can't imagine where it comes from. About every three weeks I have to unload the plastic freezer trays, lift them out and melt the ice with a hair dryer. Never buy a Samsung refrigerator!

"Free installation A Joke"
Lowe's advertising says free installation. Problem is people sent to do installations are not qualified. This happened with refrigerator, stove and dishwasher

"warehouse department"
Dear all I have a problem with my refrigerator,(model RS21FGRS)that I bought it 5 years ago. I discovered inside the cabin some cracks.I contact with Samsung Greece and they told me that the warranty has expired (2 years warranty). I told them that this is a material failure and they must replace the refrigerator or fix it. This material was not made to last only 5 years but a lifetime. Then they told me that they can not do anything because of warranty.

"One Of The Best Out There"
I purchased a Samsung refrigerator unit, model number RF4287HARS, about three or four years ago. It is a very good side by side refrigerator unit. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I have not seen as much of a reduction in my utility bill as I would have liked to, but I did see a reduction. The Samsung RF4287HARS refriderator unit has lots of extra bells and whistles on that is a very nice positive attribute. I think with a few upgrades to my house my energy bill will be right down there where I expected it to be. I have qualified technician come out once a year to check out the system and make sure nothing is wrong or going bad with the system. They have never found a problem. Overall my Samsung RF4287HARS refriderator unit is a great system that I would recommend to anyone that is looking to replace their old worn out system.

"Enjoying My New Refrigerator"
I have owned my current refrigerator since May 2010, and I really enjoy the sleek look it has, with the stainless steel exterior and french doors. The freezer is on the bottom, which I prefer. Now I don't have to lean down to see what's in the refrigerator like I did with my old one, when the freezer was on top. I love the ample shelves inside and the ability to adjust them up or down for space. The fruit and vegetable storage containers are deep and long, allowing for me to easily put an entire head of cauliflower, lettuce or cabbage in with ease. I could never do that with my old one. It also has a handy cold pantry storage area for cheese, meat, tortillas, yogurt, etc., and keeps them chilled. It has lots of storage in the doors as well. It holds almost twice as much food as my old refrigerator did. I like the ability to get water and ice from the front dispenser on the door. There are a few things I'm not crazy about, with this new refrigerator. One of them is the exterior, apparently stainless steel finish. It shows fingerprints, scratches, and smudges really easily. With two young kids, it seems like I'm constantly wiping it off to get rid of the smudges, and I can only use stainless steel wipes on it, because other wipes don't do the job. It's also started squeaking when I open the french doors. It get's used a lot, with two kids and a husband, but the doors shouldn't be squeaking already. The freezer door squeaks too. I would like to have a little more freezer room as well. It requires the use of water filters, which need to be replaced about every 4 months, and they are about $35 dollars each. I have not had to repair it yet, as I've only had it for about 1 year. I would recommend Samsung products to a friend and I would buy this refrigerator again, but not the stainless steel exterior. I would really prefer something that doesn't need so much work to keep fingerprints off it.

"Samsung Refridgerator Review"
My wife and I bought the Samsung RF4287HARS refrigerator and honestly it is the best purchase we ever made. Everyone who comes over our house mentions this component as fascinating as it is typically a conversation starter. I feel that we got the best bang for our buck with this fridge as that is saying something consideration it is one of the highest priced in its market (approximately 2100 dollars). One of the best and most practical aspects of this refrigerator is the freshness and top quality that my foods stay in each night that we eat from it. I used to have a run of the mill fridge and there is a considerable and noticeable difference in quality. I would definitely recommend this fridge to a friend and even though it may be a bit pricey, the look and quality that you will get from it definitely makes it a good investment in the long run. Good luck!

"The Great Little Money-Saving Refrigerator"
I have owned my Samsung refrigerator for about a year and six months. It is a little smaller than full sized. The thing I like most about it is that it uses very little electricity and it is very easy to clean because of the removable shelves. It also has very accommodating door storage that fits multiple half gallon and two liter containers. This door space provides extra storage that would make the fridge to small otherwise. The only thing I don't like about is that it only has one drawer - I would prefer one for veggies and one for meat. The setting adjustments are very easy to use and help me to save even more money. I have never had to repair or replace this refrigerator. The next refrigerator I buy will be a Samsung because of the great experience I have had with this appliance and with other electric appliances of the same brand.

"Average Quality, Good Price"
About five years ago, my husband and I purchased a used Samsung refrigerator at a neighbor's yard sale. The neighbor was getting rid of it not because of defect, but because he was moving to a retirement community where he would not need his own refrigerator. The fridge works perfectly, although one might suspect I'm just saying that because I only paid one hundred dollars for it. I love the different compartments and shelves for different types of food; it makes organizing dinners and snacks infinitely easier than when we had our outdated fridge. The Samsung refrigerator, unlike our older one, never leaks, and it does a good job of sealing in the cold air. On our old fridge, I would constantly find the door hanging open, but the weighted Samsung's door always closes on its own, even if I forget to shut it well. It is also much more energy efficient than our old one, and I have seen our bills go down as a result. I have never had to get it repaired, and would recommend this fridge to anyone looking for a good deal, because the in store prices, are still much lower than those of other brands.

"Amazing Samsung Refrigerator"
I have owned this refrigerator for two months and it is wonderful. Many previous reviews stated that this refrigerator was a great investment and they were 100% correct. The shelves in the main compartment and on the doors are so easy to move and it provides so many different spacing and storage options. The only two things that I wish were a little different are 1) that the doors would catch and automatically close sooner (they do catch and close but you have to push them back in with a little force) and 2) that the top drawer in the freezer section automatically pulled out sooner (it does automatically pull out but you have to pull the freezer out quite a bit before it catches). This refrigerator does not have a water dispenser but if you're like us and don't use it, no space is wasted. The outside of the refrigerator is sleek (we have it in Black) and looks great in our kitchen. I would totally go with Samsung again for a refrigerator (we have many other Samsung appliances) and I would definitely recommend this brand and this specific item to my family and friends.

"High End refrigerator For Bargain price"
My husband recently purchased this refrigerator for our new home. I absoultly adore this refrigerator. There is nothing bad I can say about this other that the fact that the store took so long to deliver it. This refrigerator looks high end yet it highly affordable. It is great for a large family as weel as small family. The best features om it are the kids snack pullout draw which is perfect for all those juice boxes and kids snacks as well as waters and other small thing that usually end up getting lost it other refrigerators. Also the fact that it has a door alarm that beeps when the door is left ajar to avoid letting the cold air out and resulting in damaging your motor. Also the ice dipenser fit a pitcher which comes in hady when serving a large crowd. Overall this refrigerator will be in our house for quite some time. I have never had to repair or replace anything so far. I highly reccomend this to all my friends and family members as this unit has tons of space and can even fit a full size sheet pan inside. Thanks for reading my review. Have a great day..

"Fridge REview"
This is by far the greatest refrigerator i have ever owned and I just got it in October of 2010. I like the idea that there is so much room in the top fridge part while not limiting any area in the freezer. The middle draw is always very great because you can set it to a fridge for drinks and meats or you can as easily set it to a freezer if you need more space down there. One day, i had the middle drawer set to 33 degrees Fahrenheit for drinks and that next day i switched it over to below freezing in order to put frozen dinners in it. I have never had a problem with this fridge and everything from temperature to water and ice dispenser works perfectly. I would for sure continue using this fridge even if i was offered a new model. Also, i would recommend this specific model that i have to all of my family and friends and whoever needs help picking out a fridge.

"Bottom Drawer Freezer Makes for an Organized Refrigerator"
I purchased the Samsung RB195ACPN refrigerator with a bottom freezer door two years ago when I was moving into a new house. The thing that first attracted me to the refrigerator was the silver paneled exterior which is made of material which looks like stainless put is a plastic material which is much easier to maintain. This refrigerator is wonderful, with everything at eye level in the top portion, the items in the refrigerator are always organized and easy to reach. The glass shelves make cleaning a breeze and the wide door trays hold every single small bottle that usually gets lost in a refrigerator. I am slightly disappointed with the trays in that the largest tray has cracked twice and the cost to replace it ($45) seems quite high. The good news is replacement trays are easy to locate online. The freezer has two pull out drawers the hold plenty of food for our family of four and it has a temperature adjustment that goes down to a frigid -4 degrees. We lost electricity for 3 days last winter and the items in the freezer remained frozen! All in all, it's a wonderful refrigerator I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new refrigerator

"Proud Samsung Owner"
I have always relied on Samsung for my technological needs, so when I discovered their refrigerator line, I had to give it a shot. I made the right choice! I had always had trouble in the past with ice building up in the freezer, but with this design, my frozen products stay frozen without being encrusted in 5 feet of snow that I must then chisel away. The doors and drawer are not heavy, even when fully stocked, and there is so much room that I never have to worry about storing leftovers and getting next week groceries at the same time! I fully recommend this purchase.

"Excellent Fridge"
I have owned this refrigerator for about 4 months and love it. It has been completely trouble free and has very convenient features which function well. I bought the Platinum finish which looks good and does not show fingerprints very easily at all. The interior is well lit and the shelves are very easy to customize, though I have found that I didn't need to change them much from the factory installed positions. The Cool Select Pantry feature is very convenient, and the dual ice makers are brilliant. There is only one very minor oddity with the ice maker on the door, and that is that there is not a lot of difference in appearance between the "cubed" ice and the "crushed" ice. They both look slightly crushed. If you want pretty, whole ice cubes for some reason, then it is easy to just use the ones from the lower ice maker in the freezer. The drinking water is well chilled and tastes great, but if I was going to be very picky, I might prefer a larger opening for the dispenser so you could fill a large pitcher. As it is, a pint size drinking glass or a standard coffee pot are about the largest containers which can be filled at the dispenser. All in all, though this is a wonderful firdge and I am very happy I chose it over the Bosch I was considering. It works well, has nice features and so far has been very reliable and trouble free. I couldn't ask for more than that.

"poor quality plastic parts"
I bought a Samsung refrigerator a couple of years ago, my first new fridge in my 30 years of marriage. It looked great but within 2 weeks the digital temperature display was no longer working and within 2 months the 2 large door shelves were completely broken in several places as well as the front of the vegetable drawer. within 2 months the back of the freezer drawers began to crack and the meat tray holder, and are now almost completely unuseable despite very careful use. When I called the place of purchase for assistance, they directed me to the factory who said each piece would be $100.00 and up. Of course it was senseless to replace the cheaply made plastic pieces that would cost as much as another new fridge when my fridge was so new so it sits these past 2 years giving off negative advertising to all who visit and shake their heads in utter dismay.
