"Piece of junk"
Refrigerator broke after 1 year. I could unplug and plug back in and would work for a week. Now the main board is blown. Crosley was no help whatsoever. The defrost never worked and it made grinding sounds. I've spent 1000 replacing parts and repair. So angry.

Refrigerator less than two years old, freezer shelf started rusting. No help from Crosley or Electrolux. No replacement after one year. Hope rest of unit holds up better.

"Oldie but a Goodie"
This fridge is amazing. Still running after 25 years. Replaced a freezer defrost elememt once for $125 CD. Looking at the current reviews, the newer ones are not so good. At the time I was told Crosely was made by Maytag. I am now thinking of a new fridge as it wont last for ever. I guess it wont be another Crosely after reading the reviews.

"Junk"
Bought fridge four years ago and had a compressor breakdown and coolant leak. I phoned the store where I bought it, they called the distributor, they called the manufacturer. I find out as did others that the warranty means Nothing! I too am the dissatisfied owner of a useless piece of Crosley Junk! Don't bother with their products; they won't honor their warranty!

"Best refrigerator ever owned"
We've owned this model for ten years with no problems. We maintain it according to the manufactures instructions. We are thinking of going with a stainless model and will donate this to Habitat for Humanity knowing it will be good for several more years.

"Never a Crosley Product again!"
I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing this Crosley refrigerator. I had it for 10 days over the 1 year warranty period when it quit cooling, and made a loud grinding noise. The repairman from where I purchased it said it was not repairable. I contacted Crosley, that was just a waste of time! I would advise anyone looking at a Crosley product to run away! They are junk!

"Rotten unusable freezer"
Made some noise while new. Left for Florida and returned 2 months later to an odor of a dead body. On opening the door I was hit with an unbearable odor of oozing rotten meat, fish and produce plus the kids one year anniversary wedding cake topper. After three days of trying to track someone who might help. My dealer came out and moved the mess to a field behind his business as he said we could never remove the odor from the plastic and insulation. He said he would haul it to the dump as soon as i got some answers. Frigidare informed it had now passed the one year warranty, Crosley said to call electrolux, they said they would diagnose the cause of the failure for $114.00 and supply the compressor part. New insulation would cost me around $200.00 and wouldn't be covered nor additional abor. They said I could then attempt to remove odor from plastic. I guess I should have read the reviews before purchasing.

"Junk"
We had this thing less than a year and had to move it and reverse the doors. The freezer compartment started icing up. The outfit we bought it from said just let the defrost cycle run a couple times, and it would be OK. This was still within the one-year warranty. We returned after a one-month trip to find the same situation. It was obvious the gasket was bad in the freezer compartment, but Crosley refused to make good on the warranty because by then it was a couple weeks past the one year mark. I was not going to invest $85 in the piece of junk gasket and whatever that incompetent dealer I bought it from was going to charge to put it on with no assurance I would be any better off so I got rid of it and got another refrigerator. Piece of junk. I would never again buy anything from this Crosley.

"Piece of junk"
Bought Crosley washer and dryer together 3 years ago. Never did like them. Washer doesn't clean and dryer doesn't dry. Lost deep water cycle after 1 year. Sometimes it just stops. If I put bathroom rugs in it won’t spin. Can't tell you how much I hate these. Getting new ones in a week. Not Crosley that's for sure.

Piece of junk! Purchased refrigerator 2yrs ago & had problems ever since. Makes loud grinding & sqeeling noises, fridge door rubber does not seal properly. Fan motor is shot & to replace it would cost over $200.00 I will not put any more money into this junk. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase this product, it's a waste of money!

"Look elsewhere"
After a year and a half top shelf is always wet. Too new for anything to be wrong. Serious junk and the appliance store no longer carries this brand. You have been warned! (I believe Crosley is made Whirlpool).

"Over 20 years"
I bought my refrigerator over 20 years ago. Never have had any problems. Only problem I had with it is when kids broke the part that makes ice come out. Lol. Still makes ice great. Keeps food cold and is still working like it is brand new

"Garbage"
I found after owning this refrigerator for only 2 years that the plastic is cheap and it started to crack. This morning the whole middle shelf fell down because the plastic at the side snapped. That was after the meat drawer broke about a month ago. I called the place I got it from and they said the replacement parts are expensive. Ugh I won't ever buy this kind of fridge ever again.

"Compressor Problems"
Within 7 months of owning the freezer, the compressor shut down. I got the runaround from the company for about two weeks, finally, I was given authorization to mail them the appliance cord and model sticker (at my own cost) and then I will have to wait 4 to 8 months for a refund to be issued! This simply will not do with hunting season upon us. We are a financially strapped family (hence the purchase of Crosley to begin with) and I can't just go buy a replacement and wait for reimbursement. I will never buy this brand again, and hope you don't either. They didn't even offer to fix it, and it was less than a year old!

"Would buy another one"
I had my Crosley for 11 years and had not had any trouble until the storm blew it out this past week. If it were not for the storms we have been having in Texas, I think it will still be going. You can bet I am going to buy another one.

"Dripping Water"
This Crosley refrigerator is a joke. We bought it on October 27, 2014 from our local Crosley dealership, TV Specialties of Dover, Ohio, and it was delivered the morning of October 28, 2014. By 6:00 pm et, that evening, we had dripping water on the top shelf of the refrigerator; the freezer is on top. We called the business and have been getting the 'business' about it every since, with today being January 2, 2015. A repairman has been out 2 times, with no fixing being done, not even with a Crosley supplied kit to take care of the problem. The dripping has continued from that day on, every day, along with high pitched grinding and squealing noises. We've gotten several different stories as to what is going on, from the owner of store waiting to hear from Crosley about the warranty, to one has been ordered for us but hasn't come in yet, etc. We're done with buying Crosley products and would not recommend them to anyone.
