"Refrigerator"
Manufacturers' defect in very expensive product. Called Subzero and they only cover parts not labor. For this kind of money both should be lifetime coverage for as long as you own the appliance. Customer service employee is rude. 4th time I have needed service since purchased.

"Good refrigerator"
I bought the subzero because I needed a built in fridge for my small kitchen. It is very good and keeps things nice and cold. I love the bottom freezer in the 30" model. It is not as large as I would like, but it fits the space. I'm not sure it is worth the price, but it looks great, especially with the custom panels which match my cabinets.

"Nothing but trouble in the 1st 3 yrs"
Got this in 2013 it was a new model. Beautiful to look at, but the damn thing keep breaking down needed new electrical board after only 2 yrs. Hardly use as it's for a weekend home. Now the fan and the lights aren't working right. We have a Frigidaire in our pantry and so happy for it as it's been our savior every time the subzero goes on the blink. Will never get a Subzero again. High end means continued big bills. Maybe they figure if you can afford it you can afford to maintain it!
