Review:
"They do not stand behind their product"
The refrigerator is only about six months old and stopped working. I contacted them on Oct 26th. It is now Nov 14th, and still no appointment. Keep in mind it costs around $2500. After many phone calls and emails, they contacted a local firm to fix it, and the firm said they would contact me, but nothing happened. I have called many times, and they say they will call me back, but they do not.

"Worst Beverage Fridge Ever!"
Broke down just over 5 years old. Tried repairing twice and spent a total of $960 but still could not be repaired. Even by Marvel recommended services. Has leak that is not accessible for repair. Reached out to Marvel but will not help. Suggested another repair service. Been without a working beverage fridge for over 3 years now. $4200 to buy new! Will never buy marvel again. Buyers Beware.

"Marvel is junk"
Not worth the money. We purchased 2 Marvel bar refrigerators and after 7 1/2 yrs BOTH died at the same time. $1500 plus to fix them. Over $3,000 to replace with a wait time of 6 months to 1 year. We reached out to Marvel asking if they could at lease pay for the parts and they told us they won't do anything its out of warranty. Don't spend the money, buy another brand.

"Dont Buy Marvel Refrigerators!"
The compressor has gone out for the second time in a little over a year. Customer service hung up on me because I was soooo frustrated with the run around we were getting. No email responses and vague "call so and so" unhelpful answers. So expensive and then they won't help at all!! Soooo frustrating!!!

"Can't get a Part"
Don't buy any Marvel products! I have waited for over 8 months for a part for my under counter bar refrigerator. Appliance Specialist said it can take up to 6 months to get a part from this company which is terrible but now its 8 months.

"2 Draw under cabinet refrigerator"
It was very expensive, but supposed to be good quality. Score 50% it was expensive. We had it repaired twice under warranty, firt was a very noisy fan and once that was replaced the thermosat didn't work and everything froze solid. Now after 3 years it is the noisiest thing in the house - more noisy than the kids. I'm at this site because I need to get it fixed (again).

SERVICE TECHS RECOMMANDED BY MARVEL ARE RIP OFFS AND THE REFRIGERATOR IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE FOR THIS SO CALLED HIGH END PRODUCT GE OR HOTPOINT UNDER THE COUNTER REFRIGERATORS ARE BETTER QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE PUTS MARVEL COMPANY TO SHAME. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS MESSAGE WILL GET TO THE COMPANY
