"A Dishwasher that Does not Wash"
Unfortunately after one year and two months of ownership this dishwasher was throwing an error code. No one including LG is able to diagnose the error. Now I am out of warranty and have to purchase a new dishwasher. Very unhappy that the DW did not last. I would not buy this brand again. Their call center has one idea how to help their customers and the wait times are over an hour.

"Problems what warranty"
I Picked up unit from the store 10Year warranty on front door on unit. With in two weeks water was coming out from under it. Took kick plate off to find water leaking right through the stainless steel tub. It was under coated with rubber but had ballooned out the rubber in two places one had popped and was leaking. Looking inside where the two spots were tow small hole with brass or copper color. long story short could not take it back in to get it repaired or replace. They said it had to be at my place to be covered under warranty. I did not care to let my floor keep getting wet. two weeks later gave up on them and repaired the factory with epoxy. It ran another two year or so now the main pump is leaking water and causing the motor bearing to fail. No need to call for warranty we no how that will go since the last time. So I took the pump off and opened it up to see what was going on. Taking the impeller off find the motor shaft seal is totally rotten and falling apart. Also I hate the touch controls on the front it shut off in cycle when you walk by to close or lean over the count while cleaning making you have to start it all over the cycle for heavy 3:34 min more. The only things good to say about this unit is it had a nice layout for the cleaning racks and looked good with the stainless front.

"LG Built-In Steam Dishwasher"
Wow. I am very satisfied with my brand new LG dishwasher. I bought this machine two weeks ago. It is very sleek looking and it is black in color. It matches my recently renovated kitchen. I like the two led lights in the front it gives it a new age look to the machine. The controls are simple and very easy to learn. I have a one year warranty. The machine has several setting to wash. I really like the steam cycle it works well to clean sticky stains. There is a medium learning curve for this product that is the only thing I dislike. It took me a few hours to look through the manual to figure things out. Some people might find it difficult to get used to this product. The machine is running smoothly and has no problem so far. I trust LG products. I have other products from LG as well they have never let me down. I have recommended this washer to many of my friends. If I had another kitchen I would buy another LG LDF7932BB washer. I plan to definitely get more LG products in the future.

"Love my new dishwasher"
I purchased my LG model #LDF6920ST in June of 2009, and I absolutely love it. It cleans my dishes unlike any other dishwasher I have ever owned. I do not even have to pre-rinse the dishes to remove caked on food. It always get everything off that I have been able to throw at it. I love the sleek design and electronic buttons. I also like the fact that the buttons are on the top and not the front. I was a little expensive to purchase, however it is a major energy saver. I was able to get a tax credit for purchasing an energy saver. I have not had to make any repairs so far just load it and unload it that all that's required. I will definitely always buy LG products. I have used LG products for 10 years now and would recommend them to any one who will listen.

"Stainless Lg Dishwasher pros and cons"
I purchased my LG dishwasher in 2007. This dishwasher has a very nice outside appeal to it. It has a very clean stainless steel sleek look to it and is very easy to use. One thing I would highly reccomend is reading the manual in full before use of the dishwasher. Unfortunatelly the down side of this dishwasher is it does require specific types of soap or it is very easily clogged and very expensive to have a tech come out for repair. This dishwasher has all of the controls on the top inside so it really does have a nice appealing look to it. I think all in all this dishwasher has been a well worth it purchase and i would definentelly recommend LG appliances for purchasing! They are very reliable and offer some great warranty programs!

"my time saver"
I have own my diswasher for over 5 years, and i like to call it my time saver! thats what it is!, its easy to use, fast, good looking and it gets the job done very good!, i like that i just put my dishes on it and tap two buttons and thats it, its ready to go, not complicated like other diswashers, it makes my dishes super shiny and clean, my only complaint will be that sometimes it can be a little bit noisy, but for its price and performance overall is something i just overlook!, i once called the plomer because somehow the water wasnt getting into the dishwasher, they had to replace its hose wich they did very fast, this happened two years after purchased. Im pretty sure i will get the same brand for my next dishwasher, maybe a diferent model. I will recomend this to my friends that want a easy and cheap dishwasher.

"LG 6810"
Have owned this diswasher for approximately 3 years. In that time it has been pulled from the cabinet for three separate repairs: 1 - replace the water supply valve (under warranty for part - we paid the labor); 2 - replace the door spring connector cord (I do mean a cotton/cellulose cord that connects to the spring and runs through a pulley); 3 - replace the same thing as repair number two but on the other side. I have replaced both sides now with cable versus cotton cord material - how they ever thought that cord would survive under tension and use beyond two years . . . oh that's right, they did not. I am now writing as I am staring at repair number 4. LE repair code - all things seem to indicate that the sump motor needs to be replaced. What a piece of crap. This thing reminds me of the older Jaguar sports cars and sedans. Great when they are running, but given the amount of times they need to be repaired was this dishwasher worth the $800 it cost new? Hardly. I will never ever buy an LG appliance as long as I live! As I spend my Saturday on repair number four, I start asking how long will it be before repair number five? And, at what point do I decide to cut my losses? Disappointed at Home Depot for pushing this brand, and not enough time to describe what I think of LG products. Whatever you do, do not justify the price to features in making a $800, $1,000, $1,800 . . . decision you will come to regret in one to two years. Extended warranty is not worth the headache of putting up with appliances that break down every year or two.
